This screen allows the user to Download VipTiffPrint.dll file.  This file should be placed in the following
 location "C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\VipTiffPrint.dll".  Once you place the file in the correct location
 then the dll will need to be registered. 



To register the file you need to run the following command from your command prompt. Click the Start button.  
Enter "cmd.exe" in location where "Search programs and files" is displayed.  Command executable should be 
displayed "cmd.exe" under "Programs".  Right click on cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator".  User 
Account Control popup screen may display, if it does then click the "Yes" button.  The Command window is displayed 
with the title as "Administrator: C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe".

Enter the following command to register the VipTiffPrint.dll on your PC:
C:\Windows\system32\regsvr32 "C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\VipTiffPrint.dll" 

Successful register of VipTiffPrint.dll the following message will be displayed:



Dll Succeeded



The following error is displayed if "Run as administrator" was not used to register the dll.

If you are not allowed to run as Administrator you will need to contact your local PC support to register the VipTiffPrint.dll. 

Once your VipTiffPrint.dll is register, verify your Internet "Compatibilty View Settings" is set correctly.  From your Web
browser select "Tools" and then "Compatibility View settings".  A popup window Compatibility View Seetings screen will be 
displayed. In the text box under "Add this website:" enter "Ryder.com" and click the "Add" button.
